1. Scope and Acceptance
1.1 These Consultation Terms govern all video-call consultations and in-person consultations offered by Hindustan Astro, which are the only consultation formats we currently offer.
1.2 By booking or attending a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, which form part of our Terms of Service.
2. Confidentiality
2.1 All consultations are strictly confidential. You shall not publicly disclose, publish, broadcast, reproduce, or misrepresent any part of a consultation, including any private discussion, interpretation, guidance, or recommendation.
2.2 Any public sharing of consultation content in a misleading, defamatory, or harmful manner may result in legal action where permitted under the applicable law.
3. Nature of Guidance
3.1 Our consultations are based on traditional Lal Kitab astrology and the interpretation of your birth chart, and the astrologer provides spiritual and advisory guidance only.
3.2 A consultation does not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind, and you remain solely responsible for your own personal decisions, actions, and outcomes.
4. Illustrative Examples and Symbolic Explanation
4.1 To help you understand the guidance, the astrologer may use illustrative examples, symbolic narratives, or hypothetical scenarios during a consultation, including examples describing individuals with certain planetary influences who faced challenges, or individuals with favourable alignments who pursued business, trading, property, or other activities.
4.2 Such examples are provided solely for explanatory and educational purposes. They are not instructions, endorsements, directives, or encouragement to engage in any particular conduct, they are not factual statements about your character, and they do not guarantee any outcome.
4.3 You acknowledge that these illustrative narratives are interpretive tools used to clarify astrological concepts and are not personal accusations, moral judgments, or promises of future success.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
5.1 Astrology is interpretive in nature. Our predictions, remedies, and guidance are based on traditional principles and on the analysis of your individual birth chart, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, financial gain, relationship success, business performance, or life result.
5.2 Results may vary depending on your personal effort, your free will, timing, and external circumstances beyond our control.
6. Privacy and Recording
6.1 Your consultations are fully private, and we do not record the audio or video of any consultation.
6.2 You may not record, screenshot, reproduce, distribute, or publish the audio, video, or content of any consultation unless you have first obtained written permission from the Company bearing its official stamp and the signature of an authorised signatory.
6.3 Any unauthorised recording, reproduction, distribution, or publication of consultation content may result in the termination of services, the enforcement of our intellectual property rights, formal takedown requests to the relevant platforms, and any legal remedy available under the applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All consultation content, including guidance, interpretations, and any accompanying material, remains the intellectual property of Hindustan Astro.
8. Client Conduct
8.1 You are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour during a consultation. Harassment, abusive language, threats, or inappropriate conduct may result in the immediate termination of the session without any refund.
8.2 You shall not make any false, misleading, or defamatory statement about Hindustan Astro or the astrologer, and any deliberate misrepresentation of consultation content may be addressed through the appropriate legal channels.
9. Booking, Scheduling, Delays, and Cancellations
9.1 Before booking, you may contact us at contact@hindustanastro.com or +91-9006006630 to confirm the available consultation times. An appointment date and time is confirmed only after payment and is subject to the availability of the astrologer.
9.2 A consultation may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled by reason of the health of the astrologer, an emergency, a network or communication outage, travel disruption, weather, a government restriction or lockdown, a war situation, or any similar circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
9.3 Where a delay or cancellation is caused by the unavailability of the astrologer or by a circumstance beyond our control, our primary remedy is to schedule a prompt alternative appointment, which does not create any entitlement to a refund. We will use reasonable efforts to notify affected clients and to offer the next available appointment at the earliest convenience.
10. Refunds
10.1 Consultations are non-refundable, except for the six-month non-delivery circumstance described in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes any right available to you under the laws of India that cannot lawfully be removed.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 We shall not be liable for any personal, financial, business, or emotional decision that you make following a consultation.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability where such exclusion is prohibited by the applicable law, and where our liability is established it shall be limited to the amount you paid for the consultation that gave rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 These Consultation Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from a consultation is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, having territorial jurisdiction over Zirakpur.
