1. Scope and Acceptance

1.1 These Fair Use and Reputation Terms apply to all users, visitors, customers, clients, purchasers, viewers, and individuals who interact with Hindustan Astro, including our website, consultations, publications, digital platforms, products, communication channels, social media pages, and related services.

1.2 By accessing or using any service, consultation, publication, product, or platform associated with Hindustan Astro, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, which form part of our Terms of Service.

2. Purpose and Spirit

2.1 We value transparency, honest feedback, fair discussion, and lawful consumer rights. These Terms are intended to protect against knowingly false or misleading statements, to address manipulated or fabricated material, to reduce the misuse of consultation or publication content, to protect our intellectual property and brand identity, and to discourage malicious conduct intended to unfairly damage our business reputation.

2.2 Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict lawful consumer rights, honest reviews, fair criticism, or legally protected expression under the applicable law.

3. Your Protected Rights

3.1 You are permitted to share your genuine experiences, to provide honest feedback, to express fair opinions, to submit lawful complaints, and to publish accurate reviews based on your personal experience, and we respect the lawful consumer rights available to you under the applicable Indian law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

4.1 You may not knowingly publish materially false or misleading factual statements about Hindustan Astro, fabricate allegations relating to consultations, publications, products, or services, impersonate clients, representatives, or affiliates of Hindustan Astro, distribute manipulated screenshots, edited recordings, or altered communication intended to create a false impression, knowingly misrepresent consultation discussions, publication content, or business communication, create fake reviews, fake complaints, or coordinated reputation-manipulation activities, or falsely represent third-party publication material as content authored originally by Hindustan Astro.

4.2 This Clause applies only to knowingly deceptive, manipulated, fabricated, or materially misleading conduct.

5. Manipulation of Consultation or Publication Content

5.1 You may not selectively edit consultation recordings in a misleading manner, remove context from communication with the intention of creating a false impression, manipulate publication content to create confusion about authorship or meaning, or falsely attribute to Hindustan Astro any guarantee, promise, or representation that was never expressly made.

5.2 Any unauthorised manipulation or misleading presentation of consultation material, screenshots, recordings, or publication content may result in appropriate legal or platform-related action where permitted under the applicable law.

6. Brand and Identity Protection

6.1 All trademarks, logos, branding elements, publication presentation, website materials, proprietary graphics, and official communication associated with Hindustan Astro remain protected under the applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 You may not knowingly represent a false affiliation with Hindustan Astro, misuse our official branding or logos in a misleading manner, create deceptive imitation pages, accounts, or identities, or publish altered branding intended to confuse users or to misrepresent the business.

7. Our Remedies

7.1 Where we reasonably believe that materially false, manipulated, deceptive, or misleading content has been published or distributed, we reserve the right to request correction or clarification, to request removal through the applicable platform procedures, to issue a public clarification where appropriate, to preserve relevant evidence for legal or compliance purposes, and to pursue any remedy available under the applicable law.

7.2 We encourage misunderstandings and disputes to be addressed through direct communication wherever it is reasonably possible.

8. Protection of Lawful Speech and Consumer Rights

8.1 Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful consumer complaints, prevents honest reviews or fair criticism, limits legally protected speech, removes any right available to you under the applicable law, or prevents you from reporting a genuine concern to a lawful authority.

8.2 Lawful disagreement, dissatisfaction, differing astrological interpretations, spiritual opinions, or negative experiences do not by themselves constitute defamation, misrepresentation, or unlawful conduct.

9. Interpretive Nature of Astrology

9.1 Astrology, spirituality, remedies, predictions, and metaphysical guidance are interpretive in nature, and different astrologers, traditions, practitioners, authors, and schools of thought may hold different interpretations, methods, beliefs, and viewpoints.

9.2 Differences in interpretation, prediction, expectation, spiritual opinion, or outcome shall not by themselves constitute evidence of fraud, deception, or unlawful conduct.

10. Severability and Interpretation

10.1 These Terms shall be interpreted reasonably and in accordance with the applicable law, and if any provision is found to be unenforceable or inconsistent with the applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, having territorial jurisdiction over Zirakpur.

12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version becomes effective upon publication on our website, with material changes also noted on our Platform Updates page.
