1.1 This is the Platform Updates page of Hindustan Astro, and it is the single place where we publish current notices, changes, and important information about our website, www.hindustanastro.com, our services, our features, and our policies. It is referred to throughout our Terms of Service and our other policies and forms part of them.

2. Binding Nature and Your Responsibility

2.1 The information published on this page is the latest and binding information about our services, features, the availability of our products, our scheduling, the destinations we currently serve, and any change to our policies.

2.2 It is your responsibility to review this page before you place any order or make any booking, because the information here may update or vary the position stated elsewhere on our website. Publication of an update on this page is treated as valid and sufficient notice to you, and we are not required to notify you individually of any change.

3. Scope of Updates

3.1 On this page we may publish, among other things, any change, suspension, or discontinuation of our services or policies, the temporary or ongoing unavailability of any feature, product, electronic book, or service, our current scheduling position, the current position on the destinations we serve, and any change to pricing, delivery, or operational conditions.

3.2 Examples of when we use this page include a period when our consultations are heavily overbooked, a delay in the delivery of products, a delay in our services due to a health issue or other personal reason, or a situation where we are not able to serve a particular destination because of tariffs, a country to country conflict or war situation, a pandemic, or a government restriction or lockdown.

4. How These Notices Operate

4.1 The notices on this page apply on a continuing basis and remain in effect until we publish a notice stating otherwise. Where there is any difference between a notice on this page and the position stated elsewhere on our website, the notice on this page applies. We may add, change, or remove any notice on this page at any time.

4.2 This page carries a notice only when something applies. When there is nothing current to publish, this page may carry no active notices, and that is normal.

5. Standing Notice on Consultation Scheduling

5.1 Our consultations remain in consistently high demand throughout the year, and we operate on an overbooked basis. This means there is an ongoing waiting period, and you may receive a slot somewhat later than your preferred time for both video call consultations and in person consultations. At the time of booking, and before payment, we give you a scheduled date and time based on the assigned astrologer's availability, and by completing your booking you accept this scheduling. The position on a refund for an undelivered service is set out in our Return and Refund Policy and is calculated from the scheduled date given to you at booking. This notice applies on a continuing basis until we publish a notice stating otherwise.

6. Standing Notice on Chat and Calling

6.1 Our customer support across our website and our messaging channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, together with our telephone line, is supported by an AI agent alongside our human team, and it operates around the clock, on all days of the week. Depending on the availability of our human team and our systems at the time, your first interaction may be handled by the AI agent, which records your details and passes them to our human team. An AI agent can make mistakes, so if your matter is important or relates to a legal issue we recommend that you contact us by email. Further detail is set out in our AI Policy.
