1. Purpose
1.1 This is the Platform Updates page of Hindustan Astro, and it is the single place where we publish all current notices, changes, and important information about our website, www.hindustanastro.com, our services, our features, and our policies. It is referred to throughout our Terms of Service and our other policies and forms part of them.
2. Binding Nature and Your Responsibility
2.1 The information published on this page is the latest and binding information about our services, features, the availability of our products, our scheduling, the destinations we currently serve, and any change to our policies.
2.2 It is your responsibility to review this page before you place any order or make any booking, because the information here may update or vary the position stated elsewhere on our website. Publication of an update on this page is treated as valid and sufficient notice to you, and we are not required to notify you individually of any change.
3. Scope of Updates
3.1 On this page we publish, among other things, any change, suspension, or discontinuation of our services or policies, the temporary or ongoing unavailability of any feature, product, electronic book, or service, our current scheduling and overbooking position, the current list of restricted destinations, and any change to pricing, delivery, or operational conditions.
4. How Updates Operate
4.1 Each update below is dated, and where there is any difference, the most recent dated update applies. We may add, change, or remove any update on this page at any time.
5. Current Updates
5.1 Update dated 29 May 2026. We do not sell our services to Pakistan, and this restriction is permanent. We also do not sell our services to Bangladesh. Any order for our services placed from Pakistan or Bangladesh is not eligible for a standard refund and is dealt with in accordance with the restricted-country provisions of our Terms of Service and our Return and Refund Policy.
5.2 Update dated 29 May 2026. We do not currently ship parcels or physical products to Iran due to the ongoing war situation. This restriction applies to the shipping of physical products and remains in place until we publish a further update on this page.
5.3 Update dated 29 May 2026. Our consultations are currently overbooked by approximately one to two weeks, which means that you may receive a slot up to about two weeks later for your upcoming consultation. This applies to both video-call consultations and in-person consultations. At the time of booking, and before payment, we give you a scheduled date and time based on the assigned astrologer’s availability, and by completing your booking you accept this scheduling. The six-month non-delivery refund position set out in our Return and Refund Policy is calculated from the scheduled date given to you at booking.
5.4 Update dated 29 May 2026. All of our other services and features are currently available. Where any feature, product, or electronic book becomes temporarily unavailable, we will note it in a dated update on this page.
6. Upcoming Updates
6.1 Update dated 29 May 2026. We may soon launch a 24/7 artificial-intelligence agent that will support calling and chatting at any hour of the day. Until then, our human chat and voice support continues on the same days and at the same times as now, following Indian Standard Time.
6.2 Update dated 29 May 2026. Within sixty (60) days after we implement an AI chat agent or an AI phone-call agent for our website, our social media platforms, or our WhatsApp chat, we will review, renew, and update our policies. During that sixty-day period the AI agent is in a training phase, and once that training phase is complete we will publish the renewed and updated policies on this page and across our website.
