Effective Date: [23/02/2026]

Last Updated: [29/02/2026]

1. Scope and Acceptance

1.1 These Webinar and Learning Session Terms apply to all online classes, webinars, workshops, masterclasses, virtual events, live sessions, recorded sessions, physical seminars, in-person classes, astrology training programmes, educational sessions, and related learning events conducted by Hindustan Astro.

1.2 By registering for, attending, accessing, participating in, or viewing any such session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, which form part of our Terms of Service. These Terms apply to every session format, whether online, virtual, live, physical, in-person, hybrid, one-to-one, group, or recorded.

2. Purpose

2.1 We may conduct astrology-related sessions for education, spiritual discussion, training, workshops, guidance, community engagement, documentation, internal review, promotional activities, and educational archiving.

2.2 These Terms are intended to protect participant privacy, intellectual property rights, educational material, lawful recording practices, session integrity, and the responsible use of participation content, and nothing in them removes any right available to you under the applicable law.

3. Consent to Participate and to Recording

3.1 For any session that is designated as recorded, documented, training-based, educational, or promotional, your participation is conditional upon your agreement to these Terms.

3.2 By registering for or participating in such a session, you acknowledge that your voice, image, likeness, profile name, username, chat messages, questions, participation, audio, and video may be recorded, stored, reviewed, edited, processed, or used in the ways described in these Terms, where permitted under the applicable law. Where the law requires it, an appropriate notice or consent mechanism may be provided before recording or participation.

3.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not register for, enter, access, or remain in the session.

4. Recording and Use of Recordings

4.1 Where permitted under the applicable law, we may record sessions, in whole or in part, for purposes that include training, internal review, quality assurance, documentation, compliance, educational archives, moderation, promotional activities, marketing communication, and business promotion, and such recordings may include audio, video, screen content, participant names, usernames, profile names, chat messages, participant interaction, and questions and responses.

4.2 By joining a recorded webinar, you grant Hindustan Astro a perpetual right to use these recordings for the purposes described in these Terms, and you acknowledge that you cannot later request the removal of your image, voice, or audio from such recordings, except to the extent that the applicable law gives you a right that cannot be excluded.

4.3 If you wish to participate in a session but do not want your face or voice to be used in any photograph, video, or audio, you must obtain prior written permission from the Company before participating in order to be excluded from such use.

4.4 Any promotional or public use of recordings will be carried out reasonably and in a manner that is not intentionally misleading, defamatory, or materially distorted, and such content may be edited for clarity, formatting, length, presentation, or promotional suitability, provided that such edits do not intentionally distort the original context.

5. Restriction on Participant Recording

5.1 You, and any attendee, guest, or third party, may not record, screen-record, livestream, photograph, screenshot, reproduce, transcribe, upload, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, or publicly share any session content without prior written permission from the Company bearing its official stamp and the signature of an authorised signatory.

5.2 This restriction includes sharing through social media platforms, messaging applications, websites, public forums, cloud-sharing systems, video-sharing platforms, and commercial training platforms. Reasonable personal notes taken during a session for your private, non-commercial use are permitted unless a specific session expressly states otherwise.

6. Educational Purpose, No Professional Advice, and No Guarantee

6.1 Any session, webinar, class, workshop, recording, publication, discussion, or educational material we provide is intended solely for spiritual, educational, informational, interpretive, and discussion purposes.

6.2 Astrology is not legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, psychological advice, psychiatric advice, investment advice, or any other form of licensed professional advice.

6.3 We do not guarantee any specific outcome, prediction, remedy, financial success, health improvement, relationship outcome, legal result, business growth, personal transformation, exact timeline, or spiritual outcome, and you should independently verify any important personal, medical, legal, psychological, financial, business, or relationship decision with an appropriately qualified professional.

7. Illustrative Examples and Storytelling

7.1 During a session, an astrologer, host, speaker, educator, or presenter may use illustrative examples, hypothetical situations, generalised scenarios, symbolic narration, dramatised explanations, fictional storytelling, and educational demonstrations for teaching, explanation, engagement, or presentation purposes.

7.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, such content should not be interpreted as a factual statement about any identifiable person, client, family, organisation, or event, and these illustrative examples may be fictional, generalised, anonymised, symbolic, or educational in nature.

7.3 We do not intentionally disclose the confidential personal information of any individual during such sessions unless this is lawfully permitted or expressly consented to where applicable, and any resemblance to an actual person, living or deceased, or to a business, organisation, or event may be coincidental, generalised, symbolic, anonymised, or unintentional unless otherwise expressly disclosed.

8. No-Show Policy

8.1 If you fail to attend, join, or appear for a scheduled webinar, class, workshop, seminar, or session, whether online or offline, within the applicable grace period, the session may be treated as a no-show. A no-show includes not joining at the scheduled time, not attending within the allowed grace period, failing to appear at the venue, failing to connect to the online session, leaving before reasonable completion without approval, or being unreachable when the session begins.

8.2 Unless a separate event notice states otherwise, a grace period of up to fifteen (15) minutes may apply, and after the grace period expires the session may be considered consumed, completed, forfeited, or missed, as applicable.

8.3 To the maximum extent permitted under the applicable law, no refund will be provided for a no-show, and no-show status also applies where the absence results from personal scheduling issues, device issues, internet issues on your side, travel delays, communication failures on your side, personal emergencies on your side, or other circumstances related to you. This Clause does not apply where Hindustan Astro cancels or reschedules the session.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Us

9.1 We may cancel, pause, postpone, delay, interrupt, or reschedule any session at our reasonable discretion due to circumstances that include, without limitation, illness, health issues, an emergency, network failure, internet disruption, technical malfunction, software failure, a platform outage, a lockdown, a government restriction, a force majeure event, travel disruption, staff unavailability, a safety concern, an operational issue, or any unforeseen circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Where it is reasonably possible, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and to provide a revised date, an alternate arrangement, replacement access, or a suitable rescheduling option.

9.3 If rescheduling is not reasonably possible, any applicable remedy is governed by our Return and Refund Policy and the applicable law, and no participant has the right to compel performance at a specific time or date where performance becomes impractical or impossible due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Participant Conduct

10.1 You must communicate respectfully, avoid abusive, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive conduct, respect the privacy of other participants, avoid sharing confidential information belonging to others, and follow the reasonable instructions of moderators or hosts.

10.2 We may mute, remove, suspend, block, or deny access to any participant who materially violates the session rules or disrupts the session experience, subject to the applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All session content, educational materials, slides, graphics, branding, worksheets, recordings, notes, exercises, audio, video, and related material remain the intellectual property of Hindustan Astro or the respective rights holders unless expressly stated otherwise, and your participation does not transfer any ownership, reproduction right, or commercial usage right to you.

11.2 You may not resell session material, reproduce courses commercially, create derivative commercial training programmes, republish educational content, commercially distribute recordings, monetise session content, or use educational material for any unauthorised commercial purpose without prior written permission from Hindustan Astro.

12. Data Protection

12.1 By participating in a session, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed for registration, communication, attendance management, moderation, administration, recording management, educational purposes, security, training, and promotional activities where lawful notice or consent has been provided, and your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable law.

13. Third-Party Platforms

13.1 Sessions may be conducted through third-party video-conferencing platforms, webinar systems, streaming services, hosting providers, event platforms, and communication systems, and, to the maximum extent permitted under the applicable law, we are not responsible for platform outages, technical interruptions, internet instability, unauthorised third-party access, external platform failures, the independent privacy practices of third parties, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

14. Access, Suspension, and Liability

14.1 Where a session is paid, access is limited to the registered participant unless otherwise permitted, and if you materially violate these Terms we may reasonably restrict, suspend, revoke, or terminate your access, subject to the applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

14.2 To the maximum extent permitted under the applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, interpretive, expectation-based, reputational, or business-related loss arising from participation in sessions, reliance on astrology-related interpretations, spiritual or educational content, a recording-related dispute, a technical interruption, a third-party platform failure, or a participant’s misuse of session material. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, having territorial jurisdiction over Zirakpur.

15.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
