Hindustan Astro
Webinar Terms
Effective date: 1 March 2026
Last Updated: 29 June 2026

1. Scope and Acceptance

1.1 These Webinar Terms apply to all online classes, webinars, workshops, masterclasses, virtual events, live sessions, recorded sessions, physical seminars, in person classes, astrology training programmes, educational sessions, and related learning events conducted by Hindustan Astro.

1.2 By registering for, attending, accessing, participating in, or viewing any such session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, which form part of our Terms of Service and are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Return and Refund Policy. These Terms apply to every session format, whether online, virtual, live, physical, in person, hybrid, one to one, group, or recorded.

2. Purpose

2.1 We conduct astrology related sessions for education, spiritual discussion, training, guidance, community engagement, documentation, and promotional purposes.

2.2 These Terms are intended to protect participant privacy, our intellectual property, our educational material, lawful recording practices, the integrity of each session, and the responsible use of participation content, and nothing in them removes any right available to you under the applicable law.

3. Recording and Your Consent

3.1 Where a session is recorded, we tell you at the time of recording that the session is being recorded and that the recording may be used for the purposes described in these Terms, including marketing, promotion, training, and quality. By choosing to register for and take part in a recorded session after this notice, you consent to the recording and to this use.

3.2 A recording may include audio, video, screen content, your name or username, your chat messages, and your questions and participation.

3.3 If you wish to take part in a session but do not want your face or voice to be used, please write to us at support@hindustanastro.com before the session so that we can make reasonable arrangements, such as keeping your camera and microphone off.

4. Use of Recordings and Removal

4.1 We may use recordings, in whole or in part, for training, quality, documentation, educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, and such use is carried out reasonably and in a manner that is not intentionally misleading, defamatory, or materially distorted. A recording may be edited for clarity, length, or presentation, provided the edit does not intentionally distort the original context.

4.2 Once a recording has been published on an external platform, it may not always be possible to fully remove your image or voice from it, and removing an entire video can cause us loss. For this reason we cannot always guarantee removal after publication. If you have a concern, please write to us at support@hindustanastro.com and we will consider your request reasonably and act in accordance with the rights available to you under the applicable law.

5. Restriction on Participant Recording

5.1 You, and any attendee, guest, or third party, may not record, screen record, livestream, photograph, screenshot, reproduce, transcribe, upload, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, or publicly share any session content without our prior written permission.

5.2 This restriction includes sharing through social media platforms, messaging applications, websites, public forums, cloud sharing systems, video sharing platforms, and commercial training platforms. Reasonable personal notes taken during a session for your private and non commercial use are permitted unless a specific session expressly states otherwise.

6. Educational Purpose, No Professional Advice, and No Guarantee

6.1 Any session, webinar, class, workshop, recording, or educational material we provide is intended solely for spiritual, educational, informational, and discussion purposes.

6.2 Astrology is not legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, psychological advice, investment advice, or any other form of licensed professional advice.

6.3 Our sessions, predictions, and spiritual remedies based on Lal Kitab are offered for spiritual belief and guidance, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, prediction, remedy, financial success, health improvement, relationship outcome, legal result, business growth, or personal transformation. You should independently verify any important personal, medical, legal, psychological, financial, business, or relationship decision with an appropriately qualified professional.

7. Illustrative Examples and Storytelling

7.1 During a session, a host, speaker, educator, or presenter may use illustrative examples, hypothetical situations, generalised scenarios, symbolic narration, and educational demonstrations for teaching purposes.

7.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, such content should not be interpreted as a factual statement about any identifiable person, family, organisation, or event, and these illustrative examples may be fictional, generalised, anonymised, or symbolic in nature.

7.3 We do not intentionally disclose the confidential personal information of any individual during a session unless this is lawfully permitted or expressly consented to where applicable.

8. No Show

8.1 If you fail to join or attend a scheduled session within the applicable grace period, the session may be treated as a no show. Unless a separate event notice states otherwise, a grace period of up to 15 minutes applies, and after it expires the session may be treated as completed or forfeited.

8.2 To the extent permitted by the applicable law, no refund is provided for a no show where the absence results from circumstances at your end, such as personal scheduling issues, device issues, internet issues on your side, travel delays, or being unreachable when the session begins. This Clause does not apply where the failure is caused by us, by a technical issue on our side, or where we cancel or reschedule the session, in which case our Return and Refund Policy applies.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Us

9.1 We may cancel, postpone, delay, or reschedule any session at our reasonable discretion due to the health of the astrologer or host, an emergency, a network or technical failure, a platform outage, a government restriction, a force majeure event, staff unavailability, or any unforeseen circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Where it is reasonably possible, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and to provide a revised date, alternate arrangement, or replacement access. If rescheduling is not reasonably possible, any applicable remedy is governed by our Return and Refund Policy and the applicable law.

10. Participant Conduct

10.1 You must communicate respectfully, avoid abusive, unlawful, threatening, or disruptive conduct, respect the privacy of other participants, and follow the reasonable instructions of moderators or hosts.

10.2 We may mute, remove, or suspend any participant who materially violates the session rules or disrupts the session, subject to the applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All session content, educational materials, slides, graphics, branding, worksheets, recordings, notes, audio, video, and related material remain the intellectual property of Hindustan Astro or the respective rights holders unless expressly stated otherwise, and your participation does not transfer any ownership or commercial usage right to you.

11.2 You may not resell session material, reproduce courses commercially, create derivative commercial training programmes, republish educational content, commercially distribute recordings, or use educational material for any unauthorised commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

12. Data Protection

12.1 By participating in a session, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed for registration, communication, attendance management, moderation, administration, recording management, educational purposes, security, training, and promotional activities where lawful notice or consent has been provided, and your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

13. Third Party Platforms

13.1 Sessions may be conducted through third party video conferencing platforms, webinar systems, streaming services, or hosting providers, and, to the extent permitted by the applicable law, we are not responsible for platform outages, technical interruptions, internet instability, unauthorised third party access, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the extent permitted by the applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business related loss arising from participation in a session, reliance on astrology related interpretations or educational content, a recording related matter, a technical interruption, or a third party platform failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, for our own negligence to the extent the law does not allow it to be excluded, or for any obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded under the applicable law.

15. Grievance Officer and Contact

15.1 For any question about these Terms, you may contact us at support@hindustanastro.com, or our Grievance Officer, Sukhpreet Singh, at grievanceofficer@hindustanastro.com or by phone at +91 9429691295.
