2.1 Hindustan Astro is an Indian astrology business that provides Lal Kitab astrology consultations, spiritual guidance, astrology reports, remedies, publications, and related services. It is run as a sole proprietorship.

2.2 Our registered office is at 6th Floor, Unit No. 620, Cabin No. 2, Motia Royal Business Park, Ambala Chandigarh Expressway, Zirakpur, SAS Nagar, Punjab 140603, India.

3. Importer Exporter Code

3.1 Hindustan Astro holds an Importer Exporter Code, which is AMTPI5412R, issued in the name of Hindustan Astro.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content made available through Hindustan Astro, including text, reports, consultation material, graphics, branding elements, logos, images, audio, video, layouts, designs, and digital content, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws, and unless otherwise stated it remains the property of Hindustan Astro.

4.2 Hindustan Astro is our brand name and business name, and our logo and original branding are our property. We do not claim any registered trademark, and our rights in our brand, logo, designs, and content rest on copyright and other applicable laws.

4.3 No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, stored, or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

5. Nature of Our Services

5.1 We provide astrology based consultations, Lal Kitab guidance, spiritual recommendations, reports, remedies, and informational services intended for personal guidance purposes. Our consultations, predictions, and spiritual remedies based on Lal Kitab are offered for spiritual belief and guidance, and we do not guarantee any specific result or outcome.

6. No Guarantee

6.1 We do not guarantee any specific outcome, exact prediction, financial result, relationship result, business result, medical recovery, legal result, or any other personal or professional result, and you remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following the use of any consultation or service.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the extent permitted by the applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, or business loss arising from the use of our services or materials. 8.1 Our video call consultations and in person consultations are private, and we do not record the audio or video of any consultation without your permission. Audio and video are recorded only during webinars, after notice to you at the time of recording, and such recording is governed by our Webinar Terms.

8.2 No user, client, or third party may record, reproduce, publish, distribute, upload, share, or commercially use any consultation, webinar, recording, screenshot, or related material without our prior written permission.

9. Chat, Calling, and Automation Services

9.1 Our customer chat and automation services across our messaging channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, and our website chatbot, are operated through Superchat, a provider based in the European Union, and our telephone calling support is operated through Superfone, a provider based in India. Depending on the channel, your data may be processed and stored in India or in the European Union, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and appropriate safeguards.

9.2 An AI agent can make mistakes in both calling and chatting. Further detail is set out in our Privacy Policy and our AI Policy.

10. External Services

10.1 This website may contain references or links to external platforms, payment providers, or third party services for convenience, and we do not assume responsibility for the availability, content, security, or practices of any external service.
