Appointment and Confirmation
All consultations are conducted by appointment only.
After your order is placed, our team will review your booking details and contact you for appointment confirmation, scheduling, and any required instructions.
Your consultation will be confirmed only after successful payment and final confirmation from Hindustan Astro. The consultation date and time will be shared based on availability.
Please ensure that your phone number, email address, birth details, and all required information are entered correctly at the time of booking. Incorrect or incomplete details may affect the consultation process.
Consultation Modes
Video Call Consultation
A more interactive online consultation for clients who prefer face to face guidance through video.
In Person Consultation
A face to face consultation arranged by prior appointment only, subject to availability, scheduling, location, and final confirmation by Hindustan Astro.
Consultation Scope
Each consultation booking is valid for one person and one birth chart only, for up to 30 minutes.
If you wish to consult for a second person, please add one additional consultation to your cart before checkout.
Rescheduling
If a consultation needs to be rescheduled due to availability, technical issues, travel, operational requirements, or any unavoidable reason, Hindustan Astro may offer a revised date and time.
Clients are requested to be available at the confirmed appointment time. If the client is unavailable, unreachable, late, or unable to attend the consultation at the scheduled time, the consultation may be treated as completed, forfeited, or rescheduled only at the sole discretion of Hindustan Astro.
Any rescheduling request from the client must be made in advance and will remain subject to approval and availability.

Client Responsibility

Hindustan Astro will not be responsible for any issue arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
Clients are expected to join the consultation on time, maintain respectful communication, and follow the instructions shared by Hindustan Astro before the session.
Recording and Privacy
Consultations are handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
Hindustan Astro may record audio or video consultations for internal reference, quality, documentation, service review, or operational purposes where required.
Clients are not allowed to record, publish, share, distribute, upload, or reproduce any part of the consultation without prior written permission from Hindustan Astro or the astrologer.
Non Refundable Booking
All consultation bookings are final and non refundable once payment has been made.
