2.1 We collect only the information we need to serve you. The personal information you provide includes your full name, the date, time, and place of your birth, your email address, your phone number, and your billing and shipping address.


2.2 In the course of providing our services, we also collect service information, which includes your consultation inputs, your Janam Kundli details, and your purchase and payment confirmation records.


2.3 We collect certain technical information automatically when you visit our website, including your internet protocol address, your device and browser details, and identifiers from cookies and analytics tools.


2.4 When you make a payment, your payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors, and we do not store your card details on our own systems.


3. Sensitive Personal Information


3.1 The date, time, and place of your birth, and any similar details, are treated by us as sensitive personal information, and we handle them with a higher degree of care and protection.


4. Purposes of Processing


4.1 We use your personal information to create and manage your account, to prepare your astrology analysis and Janam Kundli, to deliver your consultations, reports, webinars, and other services, to process your payments and ship your products, to provide customer support, to operate and improve our website and services, and to comply with our obligations under the law.


4.2 With your consent, we send you updates and promotional material, which you may decline at any time.


4.3 We also use your personal information, and any content recorded during webinars in which you choose to take part, for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes and for training and quality-improvement purposes, so that we may improve and promote our services.


5. Legal Bases for Processing


5.1 We process your information on the lawful bases recognised under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, which include your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, and our obligations under the law.


6. No Sale of Personal Information


6.1 We do not sell your personal information to any third party.


7. Consultations and Webinars


7.1 Our video-call consultations and in-person consultations are fully private, and we do not record the audio or video of any consultation.


7.2 Audio and video are recorded only during webinars, after notice to you, and your participation in any webinar, together with the use of those recordings, is governed by our Webinar and Learning Session Terms.


7.3 You are not permitted to record, distribute, or publish the content of any consultation, webinar, or session without our prior written permission.


8. AI-Assisted Chat and Automation Services


8.1 Our customer chat and automation services across our social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, and our website chatbot, are operated through a third-party service provider based in the United States.


8.2 When you use these chat services, your data, including the messages and information you submit, may be processed and stored on servers located in the United States.


8.3 Such cross-border processing and storage is carried out in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and appropriate safeguards, and by using our chat services you consent to the processing and storage of your data outside India. 9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies


9.1 We use cookies and third-party tracking tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel, and we may use other tracking technologies, to improve the performance of our website and for marketing and re-targeting purposes.


9.2 When you visit our website, you are shown a clear consent pop-up that allows you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage your individual preferences, and non-essential tracking technologies are activated only after you give your consent.

10.1 We share your information only where it is necessary and lawful to do so, and the recipients may include our Janam Kundli preparation partners, our printing and formatting providers, our courier and shipping partners, our payment processors, our chat and automation provider, and our website hosting and technical support providers.

12.1 We retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary. Consultation records are kept for up to five years, financial and transaction records are kept for as long as the law requires, webinar recordings are kept for as long as they are needed for the purposes described in this Policy, and cookie data is kept in accordance with your consent.


12.2 After the applicable period, your information is securely deleted or anonymised.


13. Security


13.1 We protect your personal information using reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure.


13.2 While we take strong measures to protect your information, no digital system can guarantee complete security.


13.3 If a personal data breach occurs that may affect your personal information, we will take immediate steps to contain it and will comply with the notification requirements of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.


14. Children’s Data


14.1 Our website and services are intended for persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect the personal information of a minor.


14.2 If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it, and where the law requires it we will obtain verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian before processing a minor’s information.

15.1 Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, the right to correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete, the right to erasure of your information where deletion is legally permitted, the right to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
