3. Customer Support

3.1 For consultations, bookings, orders, and all general enquiries, you may contact us by email at support@hindustanastro.com, by phone at +91 22 69871030, or by WhatsApp at +91 9006006630.

3.2 Our human customer care team is available during official working hours, Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., following Indian Standard Time.

3.3 Our calling line and WhatsApp service operate around the clock, on all days of the week.

3.4 Depending on the availability of our customer care executives and on our automated system at the time, your call or message may first be attended to by a member of our human team or by our artificial intelligence agent, which we refer to as our junior team. Where the junior team attends to you first, it records your details and the purpose of your contact and forwards them to our senior team, who are our human staff, for further handling. The manner in which, and the time at which, your call or message connects may vary, and this arrangement may change from time to time.

3.5 Our calling, chatting, and automation systems are currently in a training and quality phase. As a result, occasional changes may take place, a call may not connect, or you may experience interruptions in our calling or chatting service. If your enquiry is important or relates to a legal matter, we recommend that you send your details to us by email, and you may select the email address that best suits your purpose from the addresses set out in this page.

3.6 Our artificial intelligence agent can make mistakes. Please review any important information carefully, and where a matter is important you may confirm it with our human team during our working hours.

3.7 Some of our chat and call support across our website and messaging channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, is handled by our artificial intelligence agent, as described in our Artificial Intelligence and Automation Policy.

4. Privacy and Data Requests

4.1 For matters relating to your personal information, including data access, correction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent, you may write to us at privacy@hindustanastro.com.

4.2 Appropriate identity verification will be required before we process any such request, and these requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Legal Correspondence

5.1 All formal legal notices, legal removal requests, and other official legal communications must be directed in writing to legal@hindustanastro.com or to the Registered Office address set out above.

6. Partnerships and Media

6.1 For collaborations, partnerships, podcasts, news, and interview requests with the Company or with our founder and astrologer, Ivan Ahluwalia, you may write to us at partnership@hindustanastro.com.

7. Grievance Officer and Nodal Officer

7.1 In keeping with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our Grievance Officer and Nodal Officer is Sukhpreet Singh, who may be reached by phone at +91 22 69871030, at the Registered Office address set out above.

7.2 For customer grievances and complaints, you may write to grievanceofficer@hindustanastro.com. For official or legal requests made by a government, police, or judicial authority, you may write to nodalofficer@hindustanastro.com.

7.3 To reach us by phone, call +91 22 69871030 and select the Complaint Department option in the menu. You will be asked to identify whether you are a government, police, or judicial authority making an official or legal request, or a customer raising a complaint, and to explain the reason and the issue you are facing. Our team will then forward your request to the Grievance Officer or to the Nodal Officer, as appropriate.

7.4 We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and work to resolve it within 30 days.
